Chocolate Shortbread (6)Great chocolate flavor! After creaming the butter I did use my hands to bring the mixture together. The mixer just didn't do it. Also, I only got 14 cookies and not near the 2 dozen. Nevertheless, very good cookie!

Sweet And Spicy Pumpkin SeedsI did as per the directions of the recipe and carmelized would have meant burnt. However, I would say that geting the sugar dissolved in the oil then adding the seeds (as I did) they turned out great! Perfect timeing on the recipe, being that my brother brought me a batch of pumpkin seeds this afternoon!

Thyme Chicken and Rice Skillet DinnerI am giving this a one, because I did as directed, even though I know that you usually you use two cups of fluid to one cup of rice!!!! I did as directed by the instructions, and there is NO WAY that anyone who made this as directed had their rice come out done.............Good idea, but very poorly written and executed! I have never given someone a one star rating..........but this recipe is very misleading and definately does not come out as per the instructions.
