I live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. I am a secretary in a local school district. My favorite pasttimes are reading, spending time with my grand-daughters, doing various crafts (knitting, sewing, etc.) and baking. 

We used to camp a lot and are getting back into it so I'm on the lookout for easy recipes to use at the campground.
