Not a bad meal with balsamic potatoes and seamed beans. 9 points total. — PlanoPilot 12/3/2013

chunky sausage pasta bake

Definitely a keeper. I think next time I'm going to add corn for a touch of sweetness. — sheepcoma 11/26/2013

Good enough for 3 stars and make it a weight watchers favorite. — ladybugplus 11/5/2013
Balsamic Roasted Potato Wedges (3 Points)

Balsamic Roasted Potato Wedges (3 Points)

Good addition to our chicken tonight. I also baked corn on the cob at the same time. All and all, I enjoyed it but it's only 3 stars. — frogn 11/2/2013
Best Smoked Prime Rib

Best Smoked Prime Rib

Well worth the five star review. Smoked it for about 10 hours at 200°F, came out perfect. Best prime rib I ever ate. Even my mom and sister raved about it. I also used mesquite wood chips. — AlaskaGrill 8/11/2013
Texas-Style Casserole

Texas-Style Casserole

I used a bit more seasoning and added a green onion. Calculated the Weight Watcher points based on nutrition and came up with 9 points per serving rather than the 5 suggested. Not as filling as I had hoped and my kids had to eat something else but then again, they aren't trying to lose weight. All in all, a keeper while I'm on WW. — cook130 5/25/2013
La Bamba Casserole (7 Points)

La Bamba Casserole (7 Points)

I calculate this to 8 points. I used chopped up chiles at the bottom instead of whole chiles. Very hot and it took 8 chiles to cover the top of the pan. In hinted sight, i think I would chop up one or 2 chiles and add them to the swimming pot next time. Very delicious and recommended. — frogn 5/18/2013
Pineapple Chicken Crockpot

Pineapple Chicken Crockpot

I calculated this out to 5 points in the Weight Watchers book, and trust me it tastes like 5 points. Its bland and has absolutely no flavor. It definitely needs more to make it work. 5/10/2013
Crockpot Meatloaf

Crockpot Meatloaf

No stars, worst recipe I have tried. The ground beef really doesn't bond and the meat is tasteless. In order to save the meal I had to fry up the meat and add additional spices. Basically this is my first and last attempt at meatloaf in a crockpot. 1/6/2013
Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

Simple easy squares. My kids loved it and with no baking, it's a hit. Moving to favorites. — sgrishka 11/10/2012
Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken

Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken

Well, mixed review for me. My son loved and I sort of thought it was ok. Tasted more like Tariaki chicken rather than honey glazed. I also have to use double the corn-starch and water mixture and turn the heat up high to activiate the starch. Then the sause thickened up. Best I can do is 3 out of 5 but I may try this again. — mejbenz 11/10/2012

used garlic flavored cream cream for more of a kick, made 8 peice for 5 people and there was nothing left and still people were asking for seconds. Addig this to my favorites list. — ellie36 6/25/2012
Slow Cooker Houlihan's Potato Soup

Slow Cooker Houlihan's Potato Soup

Me too, finally had a chance to try this receipe. I personally didn't have to add anymore cream then the receipe suggested but I did add chopped up fried bacon to the mixture as well as the topping. Very garlicly for my taste but my wife loved it. Good enough to make it a favorite with 4 stars — mindyjohnson 4/6/2012

Strawberry Strudel

Strawberry Strudel

The photo inspired me to try this awesome desert. Easy to make with little effort and 23 minutes in the oven is just enough time to finish off the main. Served with frozen whipping cream to offset the warm stawberries. It was just awesome. I also used more sheets of phyllo 3-5 just to use them up. — digigirltx 3/3/2012
