Thai Chicken with Coconut Curry SauceAwesome. I've made this 3 times and its a hit every time. First time I used a fresh coconut, not enough milk so there is not any sauce, and sweetened the coconut with Splenda, still very good. The other two times I made it I wasn't able to find fresh basil, and served the red pepper flakes on the side. Thanks for the recipe guitarmom its fantastic.
