I enjoy cooking, BUT NOT "DOING DISHES".  Thank God my wife dosn't mind.... much.  Cooking is another stress reliever for me, as is a long walk/job.  Numismatist since age 6. Not a vegitarian, love tender beef & pork, Tenderloin of either.  Enjoy ligther meals.  HOWEVER, being from the soutnern part of loUiSiAna, have mastered the Roux, pretty well.  Along those lines, seafood is a large part (and much appreciated staple) of our menu.  My momma tought me how to scramble an egg, and make a roux.
