Used to LOVE to bake...then I had kids. I get very little time these days. But still like to bake sweets and breads and try various new recipes. Other than being a Mom, I own my own business doing tax preparation.

I love eating sweets, especially chocolate. I also like Italian, Oriental, and much more. I love to try new foods. I love making bakery items...cakes, pies, cookies, breads, etc. I especially love cooking for the holidays.
