Chicken Tortilla Soup (Crock pot)

Chicken Tortilla Soup (Crock pot)

REALLY GOOD recipe - but I am a FLAVOR SLUT! so I slightly modified it. Instead of 1 tsp of chili powder and cumin, I put in 1 Tbsp. of each. I also like it more creamy so I added 2 cans of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup. In addition I added 1 tsp. of ground cayenne pepper. The results were a recipe I will make again and again. Thanks for sharing - this was really good!!! — CheeseSammich 11/7/2013
Thai Pork Burritos

Thai Pork Burritos

Really, really good. Very good flavor without tasting too complex. Husband loved it and said to add to recipes to make again. I used about half the red pepper flakes so it wasn't too hot, but next time I think I will put the full 1/2 tsp. in. — tyson 8/17/2013
Mediterannean Couscous

Mediterannean Couscous

Super good. I skipped the olive oil and used whole wheat couscous to make it healthier and it was delicious!! I also substituted red bell pepper for the tomato (saves better for leftovers). Great recipe. — susanjm 7/29/2013
Southwest Couscous Salad

Southwest Couscous Salad

Amazing salad!! The only thing I did different was add some balsamic vinegar to the dressing (since I love balsamic and wanted the dressing a touch sweeter). This salad's balance of sweet and crunchy and tangy is seriously perfect. Great recipe!! — janicepittman 6/26/2013
Sweet and tender BBQ Baby Back Ribs (Easy clean up)

Sweet and tender BBQ Baby Back Ribs (Easy clean up)

Made 3 racks for a party and they were a hit. So tender they just fell off the bone. Also had lots of compliments on the sauce. I did wrap each rack separately (as suggested) and I think that probably was key to having them all so tender. — Aaronzvz 5/17/2013
Barbecued Beef Brisket

Barbecued Beef Brisket

Very good! We did the oven/grill option and it was wonderful. Used mesquite charcoal for the grilling and mmmm did that brisket have some serious smoke flavor. The only thing I would do different would be to double the BBQ sauce portion. It was so good I wish I had extra to slop on. Very good recipe! — sgrishka 5/17/2013
Slow Cooker Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

Slow Cooker Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

I have made this recipe so many times because it is so incredibly good. It makes a lot so I make it when we have guests over. It is always a hit. I make it exactly per the instructions and it is perfect. I highly recommend! Thank you for sharing this. — sgrishka 5/1/2013
Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Amazing! I didn't have the right pepper so I used a jalapeño. I also didn't have a grill so I slow cooked it in the oven (covered) at 275 degrees for about 4 hours. I can't stress how good this recipe is. So full of flavor!! — sgrishka 1/30/2013
Layered Taco Casserole

Layered Taco Casserole

Really good meal. I made this using 'hot taco seasoning' and it gave it a nice kick. The whole family loved it. — webtexan 1/5/2013
Beef- Mongolian Beef

Beef- Mongolian Beef

I made this EXACTLY per the recipe (except I didn't have peanut oil - used veg. oil instead) and it was DELICIOUS! I served it over white rice with the steamed broccoli. Very easy, quick and good. I would make this again! — katehandel 12/30/2012
New Orleans Red Beans and Rice

New Orleans Red Beans and Rice

I made this exactly per instructions (including chilling it overnight) and it was INCREDIBLE! Best red beans and rice I have ever had. I highly recommend it. Tons of flavor. — PapaLew 9/17/2012
P.F. Chang's Mongolian Beef

P.F. Chang's Mongolian Beef

I haven't had PF Changs version to compare it but I thought it was real good. Good flavor but it's missing something to give it a "wow" taste. I think next time I will add red pepper flakes to zip it up. The family enjoyed it. I would make it again. — sahmomto2 8/6/2012
Low-Carb Breakfast Scramble

Low-Carb Breakfast Scramble

I may not have strained the Cottage Cheese properly but it turned out really watery. Not a ton of flavor - I used green onions, so the cilantro probably would have given it a better kick. — promfh 7/31/2012
Beefy Bagel Dip

Beefy Bagel Dip

This is the bomb! I have made similar recipes, but this is the best . It's the hidden valley ranch powder that is the key ingredient. I brought it to a party and had so many compliments. Will make again for sure! — tripletmama 7/30/2012
Lemon-Basil Chicken with Basil Aioli

Lemon-Basil Chicken with Basil Aioli

Really really good low-fat aioli. It compliments the chicken perfectly. I am going to make a separate batch of the aioli for sandwiches. Yummy!! — wkn1 7/30/2012
BLT Macaroni Salad

BLT Macaroni Salad

Sooooo good. I know some people say its a little bland, but the bacon MAKES the flavor delicious. Super simple and yummy. I used whole wheat pasta and light mayo to make it a little healthier. However, I used real bacon and I highly recommend that. I will for sure make this again. — Kowgirl777 6/21/2012
South Beach Diet Chicken Pasta Salad

South Beach Diet Chicken Pasta Salad

This is a good recipie - but I made a few changes to satisfy my taste buds since I love adding herbs to most recipes. I used 3/4 cup of light mayo (saves on some fat but still tastes great) and added 2T lemon juice. Also added parsley, oregano, and celery seed. For future recipes I would double the chicken. I also used half whole wheat spirals and half bow-ties (which picks up the sauce equally as nice and adds a pretty texture). This recipe will definitely feed more then 4. It's plenty to bring to a big BBQ party. — Award-Winning-Recipes 6/5/2012
Tuna Melt Panino

Tuna Melt Panino

Really good lunch idea. I added celery and shallots for some extra crunch. Also, to save a few calories, I used reduced fat shredded cheddar. My husband loved it too!! — digigirltx 5/30/2012
Spicy Baked Salmon

Spicy Baked Salmon

So so so good! It's spicy (which my family likes) so be sure your taste buds are ok with that. I made the sauce exactly per instructions and grilled it on a wet cedar plank. Delicious! Will for sure make this again. — susanjm 4/19/2012
Grandma's Meatloaf

Grandma's Meatloaf

Really really good! I made this exactly like the recipe said and it was delicious. My husband said it was the best meatloaf he has ever had. I did double the sauce and made a reduction sauce to add to the final product and I am glad I did. It made it that much more flavorful. — sgrishka 4/11/2012
