Stuffed and Twice Baked PotatoesThese were absolutely delicious! They are time consuming to make so I usually make several batches and freeze them but they are well worth it!

Baked French ToastWe loved it! I cooked the meat in the crock pot on high for about 3 hours. It was very tender. Then I added the rest of the ingredients for about 2 hours and then finished it in a pan on the stove.

KFC Macaroni/Potato SaladI cut this in half and it was still too much Macaroni and it was a little dry. Next time try to quarter the macaroni and 1/2 the dressing.

Ham and Potato BakeGreat recipe. My husband even liked it! Make sure to cook the potatoes in the center until very tender.
