Stove Top Barbecue ChickenVery Good! I used bone-in chicken though, and still didn't have to cook it an hour. Probably that long a cook time for boneless chicken is a bit much. Next time I'm going to make this in the morning and reheat for supper as, with so many dishes, its flavor improves as it sits a while.
