I used the evaporated milk too. It was great! — Beachbumette 11/3/2011

Pacific Rim Stir-Fry

Very nice and simple. I added chilli to make mine spicy as that's how I like my stir fries. Maybe will try with light soy next time as it was a bit salty, but again that's a plus for me! — KeithBaker 10/24/2011
Chocolate Chip Kiss Cookies

Chocolate Chip Kiss Cookies

I also used extra creamy Hershey's kisses and would recommend them for English users as they are more like cadburys. Plus I made my cookies much bigger than the ones pictured, so more snack like! — crittermom17 10/24/2011

Great cookies. I didn't add an egg, even though the mixture looked dry and they still turned out fab. I may try adding an egg next time, but lovely receipe. — crittermom17 10/21/2011
5 minute chocolate mug cake

5 minute chocolate mug cake

Really dry for me too, but I'm going to make it again with more milk like suggested, and I was planning on doing it in the microwave for a bit less time to see if it had that delicious soft molten texture... Worth a go! — cm83451 10/8/2011

So yummy and quick! Awesome snack or light meal. — crew 10/5/2011
Fudge Filled Cupcakes

Fudge Filled Cupcakes

So disappointed with these. I followed the recipe exactly and I ended up with an obscene amount of cream cheese mixture, and hardly any batter to cover the mixture. It was all so so so sloppy, which was bizarre, and all I've ended up with is a brownie type cupcake that is streaked with a thin layer of cheese mixture. Sure it's tasty but it's just not at all what it says it is. Also the picture shows this lovely topping, wheres the ingredients for that? I wouldn't waste ingredients on it again. 10/4/2011

Caldereta

This was lovely, although I omitted the chilli and it was still too hot for the rest of the family, but I LOVE spicy food and this is great. Yum yum! — ChefSandrine 9/15/2011
S'more Brownies

S'more Brownies

These are fab, my only issue is that they are very messy to eat, and the butter should be measured out in ounces instead of tablespoons, but when they are this scrummy who cares?! — Winnie9138 9/13/2011

Baby Bok Choy with Mushrooms and Tofu

Enjoyed this a lot, I used chicken and veg, to add to the mushrooms. Nice 9/12/2011
Sesame Chicken

Sesame Chicken

I really didn't like this AT ALL, however I'm not sure if that's because of the recipe or just that I don't like sesame chicken. Love sesame flavour, love chicken but this was sickly, clumpy and just not good for me! Thank you for something new to try though. — sherianniac 9/9/2011

Delicious! So chewy and just fab! — ellie36 9/6/2011
B's Sweet and spicy chicken marinade

B's Sweet and spicy chicken marinade

Yum yum! I really enjoyed this it was great. I made a couple of adjustments, I used hot sauce instead of chilli flakes because I wanted it spicy and fresh garlic instead of powder because I had none. I also used it on chicken breast strips that I grilled, instead of baked. Going on my favourite list! — theone69 9/2/2011
Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Split family on this one, my mother loved it, but my husband thought it was a bit bland and too cheesy. It looked great though and has gone on the keepers list, but with a few tiny adjustments for the hubby! — nicks3l 9/1/2011
Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry

Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry

I enjoyed this but would of loved to of had the sesame oil, as I didn't have any in the cupboard! I added chilli sauce instead of fresh and used sherry instead of rice wine. — wineguy818 9/1/2011
