Quesadilla BurgerDelicious!!!! I didn't use pork and it was great! Since they are so big, I halved the meat and froze it for the next week-also used the mayonnaise on my husband's wraps for lunch. I recommend straining the juice out of the pico, or using a slotted spoon for it because that def contributed to the messy factor. Amazing and impressive recipe!
