Basic BreadI love the flavor of this bread! The ingedients are all great.and simple. The reason for.my.3-star rating is the fact that SOMETHING has to be off in the baking part of the directions. I followed this down to the letter, and when my bread finally came out, it was dough-y still inside. This COULD be an error on my part, since I sliced off a piece within 5 min of it being out I'm not sure yet though because I am letting the other loaf sit for a while first. Either way, it tastes amazing and my boyfriend loves it! (Meaning he ate almost the entire first loaf already..ugh)
