I substitute tatsoi for the spinach and used cayenne instead of chili powder (a little less than a tablespoon) which made it nice and spicy. This is surprisingly delicious for such a healthy dish. — susanjm 11/5/2014

Delicious and Easy! I used fresh, wild-caught salmon steaks from a local fish market (skin too). The flavor of the fish really comes through, so I would agree, a good, quality fish must be essential. This is a keeper. — alaskadiver 3/19/2012
