Baked Chicken Breasts - Crockpot (To Die For!!)did not come out good, not sure if I did something wrong. I used unfrozen chicken and cooked it on high for a couple of hours before turning it to low for another couple of hours. The breasts were really dry and the sauce was very watery... won't be making this again.

Sayur Goreng (Sauteed Mixed Vegetables)Added sambal oelek to the onion/garlic/shallot mix instead of chile sauce (was not sure what was meant by that). Added some small hot-ish chilis to the veg mix and some baby bok choi (happened to have around). Very nice veg dish!

Babi Ketjap (Soy Pork)very good, I grew up with (Dutch) indonesian food and this fits the bill. I added a couple of good scoops of sambal to make it extra spicy!

Pork Chops And SauerkrautGood recipe! I added some potatoes that I microwaved until done, on the bottom of the oven dish. I like my sauerkraut sour, but I think I'll rinse it next time so it's not as sour for the kids. With the apples, it actually evened out the sourness of the sauerkraut. My very picky husband liked it a lot.
