Chicken CacciatoreI absolutely love this recipe. I only madr one permanent change to it which was reducing the rosemary by half, only because myself and others whom I've fed this to have noted a heavy rosemary flavor. Otherwise it's superb as is. I rely on this recipe every time I make this dish and it's become a staple in our kitchen. Even my kids will eat it and its a great way to sneak in flavor and vegetables! Love love love.

Pumpkin Roll Cake with Cream Cheese FillingLOVE this! Yes it is a dense, rich dessert, nevertgeless, it is incredibly tasty! I found this recipe to make one of my husband's favorite treats his Grandmother used to make (she has since passed), and he is trasported back to her kitchen every time! Has even said it's better than hers sometimes! :) Yum!

Baked Butterscotch PuddingI can't stand store bought powdered/mix or premade butterscotch, but this blew me away. The taste is distinctly butterscotch, smooth consistency, all while not scouring my taste buds like the cheap store bought nonesense! My husband BEGS me to make this for him, and I can't wait to make it for my dad and grandfather who are self professed butterscotch freaks! Thank you IMMENSELY for sharing!!!!
