Olive Garden Style Zuppa Toscana Wedding SoupI made this for dinner tonight and I have to admit, I was disappointed. I don't know if I did something wrong, but I felt like it was very bland and overall I was unimpressed. I used half the amount of broth like everyone suggested, but I used a very low sodium broth, and perhaps that's why it was so bland.

Creamy White LasagnaVery Good and rich. I added chicken to mine and a little bit of Cholula sauce to break up the richness.

Enchilada CasseroleSuper easy and very yummy. Husband approved. I made mine with ground turkey and 98% fat free cream of chicken and cream of mushroom.

Blueberry Cream MuffinsThis recipe was very easy and yummy. Need to find smaller blueberries though.

Brownie Peanut Butter CupsMy husband had some friends coming over and needed something sweet in a jiff. This recipe was perfect because I already had all the ingredients in my pantry. Super easy and super yummy. Only had a little trouble with the cupcake liners sticking to the brownie, perhaps nicer liners would have prevented this.
