Fresh Apple CakeThis is a good cake. My sweet husband got Granny Smith apples at the store, and I would definitely recommend a sweeter apple than those. Also, I did not chop mine up fine enough due to time (my fault, the recipe is pretty quick) and recommend this also. Thanks for the recipe!

The Best Fudge Brownies Ever!These brownies are amazing! They are definitely fudge-like in texture and taste. I did not add the nuts, but plan to next time. I had to add a couple minutes to cook time for the doubled recipe...maybe because of omitting the nuts.

Lemon Jello CakeThis was fabulous! Easy and quick. The glaze is a cinch but I might make more next time because it is so good.
