Best Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Buttercream FrostingI have tested, made, tried, and failed at many chocolate cakes in my life. This by far, is the best that I have EVER had. But, you MUST follow the directions, as the first few times didn't turn out as well as I planned because I didn't follow the exact directions.

Warm Apple Buttermilk Custard PieThis was the best pie I've made for Easter or any holiday. Lots of non apple, custard, and pie members in my family that loved the pie. With only eight people over, there were no leftovers!

Peanut Butter Easter EggsThese are so delicious and yummy, they taste exactly like a Reese's pb cup.. However I ended up tripling the chocolate and adding wax so they would dip... Will make for any occasion!

Chocolate Glazed Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Cream fillingThese cakes are moist and delicious! In fact the cake is so moist, that it falls apart. I had no problem making the cake part and filling as recipe followed, however I did have a problem with the glaze. After heating the cream as recipe said, and adding it to the chocolate chips, the chips did not melt. So I poured the cream back into a cup and heated it again. After waiting 5 more min, the glaze finally came, however it was too thick to be able to dip. So I put the bowl into the microwave for 15 seconds, and it turned out perfect! The only other problem was that there was sooooo much glaze that I ended up throwing over 3/4 of it out. After glazing I topped with a dollop of filling, and sprinkled on some shredded kisses as I did not have Hersheys.

Butternut Squash with Cumin Couscousso good! makes a lot and I didn't add raisins, but if you like tomatoes, get halved tomatoes... I love tomatoes! also adding precooked meat to this is delish!

Fastest Cinnamon Rollsthese were sooooo good! I didn't have cardamom so I used 1/8 tsp of cinnamon and 1/8 tsp of nutmeg, but mmmmmmm! my new fav! the only problem was that after 25 min the outer ones were finished and the inner ones were not. is there anyway I can bake them so that the outer ones do not burn, but the inner ones cook thoroughly?

Black Bean/sweet Potato Quesadillasthis was pretty good, I only made one with half a sweet potato and put lots of Cajun seasoning on it, it's just missing something though

Meatball Sub Casseroleomg! this was sooooo delish! I couldn't stop eating it, I used my own recipes for meatballs because I love it so much, and heated up the sauce before mixing it with the meatballs, but mmmmmmm, can't wait to have leftovers tommorrow!

Chocolate Fudge BrowniesFirst off, I dont have a double broiler, so the chocolate was melted in the microwave, and I did them in a 9 by 9 because I like thick brownies and they baked for 30 minutes. Probably could have gone with a 9 by 13.These brownies are absolutely ammaazzzing! Rich and moist, if there isn't enough chocolate flavor in there for you, your crazy! They taste like a big, soft, wonderfully chocolatey, chocolate bar! WARNING! If you do not like very rich chocolate brownies, these are not for you
