I live in Wine Country, Sonoma County.  Love to cook cook cook and garden when it's not hot.  Favorite thing to go out for is Sashimi.

WOW! Can you say tasty? Easy? Yummy? The only things I changed were adding more shrimp per person, and thickening up the sauce with a bit of flour. Next time I will serve with the suggested Lime-Cilantro Rice. I marinated the full hour, fyi. — mstimson 9/24/2009

NOTE: You can make excellent gravy if you prepare a dripping pan correctly - find an aluminum pan to fit under your chicken and add water to the bottom of the pan. NOW cover it with aluminum foil. This will keep the drippings from sticking to the pan, and will keep them liquified, so you can make gravy. NOTE: 20 - 30 min per pound is average. [I posted this recipe.] — Jannie111 9/22/2009
