I'm from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, today i live in Toronto, Canada. Start to cook when i was 14, at the beginning was more to fun, today still fun, but I got more interesting in invent new dishes, mix spicy, great new flavor, and until now, nobody ever complain about it. Some friend would like to me to open a Restaurant but unfortunately if i had to open a Restaurant, would be something very different and I dont think the public would accept this ideas.

I used to love to cook meat dishes, but my mood for meat has being declining. What i do really good any kind of meat, mixing flavors of fruits, herbs, flower all together.
