Best Ever Blueberry Coffee CakeGreat recipe but i tried to make as muffins and the botoms came out almost raw. Also would strongly advise fresh blueberries and add cranberry as someone else mentioned. Frozen blueberries didnt give enough flavor.

Stove Top Stuffing MeatloafTo expedite cooking i made into lg meatballs and cooked for 32 minutes. To add fun i put mixture of katsup, brown sugar & mustard in last 15 minutes of cooking. Then sprinkled cheese to melt in last 5 minutes. I told my kids we were eating monkey brains and they loved it!!!!!
