I'm a teacher so in the summer I bring in additional income by having cupcake and cake camps in my kitchen. I love the creativity of the kids. It is so much fun!

Couscous Salad

Yummy! Instead of couscous I used quinoa, a gluten-free option. I didn't have any red wine vinegar on hand so I just used a quarter cup red wine vinegar and a quarter cup olive oil. — Glennyrd 3/12/2014

South Beach Diet Chicken Pasta Salad

South Beach Diet Chicken Pasta Salad

Kids loved it, hubby loved it, I love it. I doubled recipe so I would have leftovers. Yikes! I now have enough to feed a football team! Original recipe serves more like 8. I used canned chicken to keep it simple. Saves well. We ate it all week. Kiddos took it to school for lunch. — Award-Winning-Recipes 1/14/2014

White Chocolate-Peppermint Jumble(crock pot candy)

Try to keep the white chocolate chips off the direct heat. They will burn the easiest. Maybe try adding them after the other two chocolates have melted. The chips will take a little effort to melt and smoosh until it is all creamy. — Jeanwgriffin 12/22/2013

Potato Chip Cookies #1

Potato Chip Cookies #1

These need to be baked at 325 for 18-20 min. They are even better the 2nd or 3rd day. Use Pringles instead of Ruffles for less grease. If you don't have time to bake all of them at once, roll the dough like a log and wrap in wax paper. Stand the roll up in a glass to prevent a flat side and refrigerate until your ready to bake more. Simply slice and bake with the chilled dough. 12/11/2013

I'm so very sorry this recipe didn't work out for you. I have no idea what might have happened unless the milk mixture didn't thicken properly, or since you tripled the recipe, maybe it should have baked longer. If anything it's usually a little on the dry side when I make it and I've made a mental note to add a little more milk next time. I really hate that it embarrassed you.

@Jeanwgriffin, It looks correct now and showing as fractions on my end. Thanks for letting me know, not sure when this got changed on line to decimals. I never enter recipes in decimals, so that was odd. Hope you like it. I have made it many times for brunch get togethers and it is very tasty.
