AWESOME! This is the 1st time I have ever had or made anything pumpkin that I wanted more of! It is the best. I can't rate it, because I don't make mine this way. But think the result would be very similar to mine. In a foil envelope....I cube my cleaned red potatoes w/skin on, drizzle in EVOO, sprinkle on a tsp. of minced garlic and a tsp of dried rosemary, add salt and pepper, cook about 20 mins. in foil envelope on grill. — jamieo 10/21/2009
