Cheesy Mexican CornbreadThis was great! I used corn muffin mix so I made a few changes to the recipe. I added 2/3 cup of milk, about half jar of medium salsa, and randomly added chunks of Colby jack cheese (just for the cheese lover in me!) It was delicious!!!

Strawberry DreamThis recipe sounds great! I do have a few questions. What type of cream is best to use because of how many varieties there are? Also, can anyone explain the process of thickening the cream. Thanks!!!

Balsamic Chicken On Minted Spinach, Fennel and Grape SlawThis dish is amazing! I've made it multiple times and have yet to hear any complaints or suggestions. I've also made it with steak rather than chicken, and most family members agree it tops it! Definitely marinate it for 24 hours.. It's worth it! THANK YOU for posting!!!

Hi Jena,
Kath here, Strawberry dream is made using regular cream. You can use thickened or low fat it wont matter. The cream will thicken when you blitz it with the other ingredients as the recipe will say. I use a mini blender. You can use a blender stick, a blender, beaters or even mix like billy-o by hand :) Hope this helps! Kath (little_fieldmouse)
