Apple Dijon Pork Roast (Slow Cooker)

Impossibly Easy Taco Pie (Gluten Free)I just made this and we loved it! When I did up my meat I also added some Belle pepper and a chopped jalapeno to the pan with the onion and left out the canned Chiles just because I had th in rhe fridge! We also added lettuce, tomatoes and olives to the top with the sour cream and salsa so yummy!!!
