Creamy Leek & Cauliflower SoupVery nice soup...I added cheddar cheese to boost the flavor...and only added 1.5 tsp of cayenne pepper...really has a nice kick to it!

Quick Vegetable Beef SoupThis was delicious...I used stewed tomatoes with added Italian seasonings (next time I'll just use diced tomatoes rather than breaking up the tomatoes).
