The scallops are always great, but I found that the sauce was not strong enough to stand up with the scallops. The sauce was lovely, but I would have it over rice next time and opt for something stronger in flavor for the scallops. 3/31/2006

Balsamic Chicken On Minted Spinach, Fennel and Grape Slaw

This is a great weeknight recipe. Easy to prepare and great tasing. I added a ripe pear to the salad and found it a perfect addition. Next time I make this recipe I would cut the fennel way back. The fennen was far to strong a flavor with the other delicate ones. Also I found the cooking time on the chicken it be understated. 3/28/2006
