5 Minute Chocolate Mug CakeThis really is a great recipe! The texture reminds me of a banana bread, the flavor is perfect. Such a nice dessert to pair with ice-cream and to share with someone :-)

Chunky Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter CookiesThese cookies came out great, they are full of flavor and moist; something you don't typically find with peanut butter cookies:-) I used 2 cups of mini chocolate chips, semi sweet which I recommend.

Stuffed Green Peppers In Crock Potthe concept is great but this receipe is very bland. I would have added more spice and more sauce. Instead of cheese, I would opt for breadcrumbs. If someone wants cheese, they can add it once it's on the table.
