Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot PieWe made this in a dutch oven on a campout....it came out marvelous (i used a pre-made crust instead of the bisquick to speed cooking time).

Frito Pie CasseroleThe simmer time is variable, but remember chili is something that needs time for the flavors to meld. This will reheat well, but the chips will have lost their crunch, which is a big part of the Frito pie experience. [I posted this recipe.]
