Gosht Madras (Madras Beef Curry)Good stuff and not to complicated to make either.
Beef YakitoriVery good stuff. There is an error in the recipe though. The ingredients calls for sugar the verbage calls for oil. I went with the oil.

Benihana Japanese Fried RiceThis reminded me of the stuff they serve at Shoguns Steak House.

Creole JambalayaOnce I finally located some proper sausage I could finally make this :) Very good... i only used 3 cups of rice because that's all my rice cooker can carry. So I lowered the sausage by 1/3. I also used cayenne pepper for the "red pepper".

Barbecue-roasted SalmonNot sure what I expected but it was very good. Since I only have "very hot" chili powder I used 3 instead of 4 tsps.

Parmesan Roasted AsparagusI trimmed it down to one serving but it was wonderful.

Finger Lickin Good Pork ChopsI didn't care for it.

Potato CurryThe flavor was pretty good. I used 3 potatoes and that seemed like enough. "Medium" is a pretty vague term ;-)

Chicken SchwarmaVery good and easy to make. I used indian style curry powder (hot) all else same as recipe called for.

Broiled Double Porterhouse SteakReal easy to whip up and has some good flavor

Chicken CurryI used beef and the flavor was good. But... your recipe needs some work. You don't state how much oil to use. You mention adding cinnamon but there's none in the ingrediants. Same thing with chilies... it's not in the ingrediants.

Molasses Cookies (Grandma Jean's)Excellent cookies. It almost tastes like gingerbread, but I guess that would depend on what type of molasses you use.

Brian's Real ChiliThis is damn hot.... but good flavor.
Gourmet Burgundy BurgersIt was very good but has room to improve, just not sure how yet. I could only find smoked Gouda available in slices.
Stir-Fried Chicken TeriyakiI couldn't find "Light Molasses" so I used regular and only let it sit for 30 minutes. Other than that the recipe remained intact. I thought it was above average in taste.
