Once I finally located some proper sausage I could finally make this :) Very good... i only used 3 cups of rice because that's all my rice cooker can carry. So I lowered the sausage by 1/3. I also used cayenne pepper for the "red pepper".

I used beef and the flavor was good. But... your recipe needs some work. You don't state how much oil to use. You mention adding cinnamon but there's none in the ingrediants. Same thing with chilies... it's not in the ingrediants.

I wish there was some way to remove some recipes around here. There are some worthless ones. I also wish there was a filter to remove recipes I've already made from the search filter. That way when I'm looking for a new recipe I don't have to keep seeing them. After all I can see all those in my option "Recipes I've Made". I don't see the point on seeing it in both places.
