Sunshine Lemon CoolersFor anyone who has made this recipe, do these really measure up to the classic lemon coolers we used to be able to buy? (In the green box; don't remember if the brand was Sunshine or not). We've looked everywhere and they are not sold anywhere.

I'm the one that posted this recipe.
It is the closest I have found to the original "green box cookie". The texture is different but the taste is very familar.
