Really nice! Made own breadcrumbs from 3 slices of very lightly toasted bread, adding oregano, basil, marjoram and parsley all put into a food mixer. If you don't have cup measures, we used 50g of Parmesan and 110g of Mayo. We used boned chicken thighs.
