Caramelized Baked ChickenThis was GREAT! I used 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs......baked them @ 375 for 45 minutes......put them in a nonstick skillet, greased with cooking spray and browned them with some of the baking liquid for a minute or two a side which added some color and reduced the liquid to a nice brown sauce!!!! Thanks for the Great idea!!!
