Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary
I live in northeastern Indiana, I absoutley love to charcoal grill, and cooking has been one of my favorite passtimes since I could pick up a wooden spoon. Nothing makes me more happy than to know that I can cook an amazing meal for myself, my family, and my loved ones. I am italian, so that is my favorite type of food, but I also like a LOT of spice... jalapenos, halbaneros, and soon to try the infamous 'ghost chile pepper'

My favorite dish to make is hibachi steak with japaneese fried rice. It's always a crowd pleaser. I also enjoy cooking with fresh seafood, as well as chicken. I believe chicken is one of the most versitile meats around.

Belizian Style Habanero Hot SauceNot very flavorful. I made it and was very disappointed. I did, however, make some huge modifications to it and came out with a great sauce. I pretty much just changed the entire recipe haha. The carrots and habaneros do not go well together at all. I had to add ketchup and tomatoes along with more onion, more garlic, more vinegar, more water, some shallots, and a little bit of tequilla. Also, the habaneros should be put in when the carrots and water is, so they have time to soften up. I will post my modified recipe so you all can have a much better sauce!
