Crockpot Perfect MeatloafIt tasted okay but it came out very soft and practically fell apart when I removed it from the crockpot. It most likely would have been firmer had the instructions said to occasionally drain the liquid fat and water from the ground beef.

Chili Con CarneI made it twice, the first time with ground sirloin and it was great. The second batch was made with about 1 1/2 pounds of rare shreaded, left-over tri-tip roast and tri-tip steaks. The second time I had to add more chili power and cumin to get the same flavor. Over all, the second batch, using the shread roast, was better but both were very good.

Curried Leftover TurkeyI could have used a little less curry. I added a 1/4 of mushrooms and put them in with the turkey. It came out great.
