The 22 lb turkey was perfect and the gravy was the best, even without the bourbon. 11/29/2008

Crockpot Perfect Meatloaf

Crockpot Perfect Meatloaf

It tasted okay but it came out very soft and practically fell apart when I removed it from the crockpot. It most likely would have been firmer had the instructions said to occasionally drain the liquid fat and water from the ground beef. 4/27/2007

Chili Con Carne

Chili Con Carne

I made it twice, the first time with ground sirloin and it was great. The second batch was made with about 1 1/2 pounds of rare shreaded, left-over tri-tip roast and tri-tip steaks. The second time I had to add more chili power and cumin to get the same flavor. Over all, the second batch, using the shread roast, was better but both were very good. — RKG1 12/31/2006

Curried Leftover Turkey

Curried Leftover Turkey

I could have used a little less curry. I added a 1/4 of mushrooms and put them in with the turkey. It came out great. — jschlank 11/30/2006

Curried Leftover Turkey

Easy to make and came out gerat but a little thick. The 2nd time I added a an additional 12 cup of broth and 1/4 pound of mushrooms with the left over turkey. It came out even better. — jschlank 11/26/2006
