Jeff's "Cecils anyone?" Triple-Cheese Mac AttackI made this for my husband and I and it is absolutely delicious!!! The only issue I had was the fact that the recipe doesn't say how big of a package of elbow noodles to use. I used a one pound package and ended up throwing out some of the noodles and it was too dry because I used too much noodles. Still very tasty though!

Chicken CarbonaraI made this recipe for my husband and myself. Absolutely delicious!!! I used one pkg butter & garlic rice and one pkg rice pilaf but it still tasted great. I also didn't use the onions as we aren't fond of them. I will definitely be making this again in the future.

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistI made this dish for my husband and myself tonight and it was a little salty for my taste (I only used 1 tbsp although the recipe called for 2 tbsp) but good otherwise. The only other thing I might change is to make the sauce inside a bit thicker. Good recipe altogether.
