Chicken Tortilla Soup ala SteveI made this again and modified the spices a little and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Enchilada CasseroleAbsolutely Great!!! I did however modify the recipe!. I replaced the ground beef with ground Turkey (2 lbs) and also reduced the enchilada sauce down to 19 oz instead of 24 oz (you can get the 19 oz sauce at Walmart on the Hispanic isle 1 lb 3 oz) I used 18 corn tortilla's 12 went into the recipe and the other 6 i cut the same way and fried then to put on top, This recipe is great and i will be making it again!

Vegetarian Sheppards Pievery good but i added things to it
