had to double the recipe since i had chicken and tomato to use up. I used water since my Pinot Grigio didn't seem appropriate. I didn't have cream so I used 1/2 tbsp of flour and mixed with 1/2 cup low fat milk. Added a bit more flour as I cooked to make it thicker. I did what others recommended and used onion powder and salt for taste. Pretty darn good and so simple! Even my 4yr old liked it. I 7/4/2013

I didn't have basil or nutmeg, and substituted chicken broth for beef stock. And I only had 1.5lbs of ground turkey so made some adjustments. It still came out pretty good, a tad salty but that probably because I eyeball everything. — morganwood 4/17/2011

Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)

I didn't have any flour so I just oven baked the chops without browning on the stove top first. I seasoned it with pepper, salt and garlic salt. I added a little olive oil so the chops wouldn't stick to the pan and added half a can of chicken broth. It came out moist but still a little bland. I think I'll add cayenne pepper next time for an extra kick. — bkprice13 3/30/2011
