Alfredo SauceI made this with a twist. Used fresh garlic, half and half,ang added 3/4cup of chopped up sun dried tomatoes. It was beyond excellent!!

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistThis was excellent! My family loved it. I didnt care for the texture of the flour tortillas and will use white corn tortillas next time. I also made rice as a side and used the pico de gallo that i used in the enchiladas in the rice. I was delicous and added a kick to the rice. I will definitely make this again.

The Best Chicken Cordon Bleu RecipeI just made this for my family and everyone loved it. The ff onions give it a great crunchy flavor. It was very messy to prepare but well worth it.

Creamy Chicken PenneSecond time i made this and even the picky husband loves it. This time I used sun dried tomatoes instead if red pepers and it added some great flavor.

Chicken in Basil Cream (9)Tried this last night. Everyone loved it!! Amazing since they can be so picky. Very tasty and filling. I served it with wild rice and geen beans. There was nothing for leftovers.
