Chicken Milanese - Breaded Chicken CutletsWhen my boyfriend makes this he serves it either next to or on top of a bed of baby arugula, red & yellow tomatoes, and cubes of mozzarella, and drizzles everything with balsamic glaze...SOOOOO delish!!!!!!! Perfect for a quick, light meal!

Crockpot Rotisserie ChickenI made this for dinner a couple days ago, and it came out absolutely PERFECT! The chicken was so tender it literally fell right off the bone! I will definitely be making this again.
