Leek and Bacon PastaThe recipe is simple yet so yummy! I did not drain the juices so once combined with cheese it turned into this lovely creamy sauce. I also made my own croutons but did not blend them just put them on top after serving pasta.

Salmon RisottoDelicious! I've never made risotto before but it was a true success. Simple to make but I wasn't sure from the recipe what to do with salmon before mixing with the rest so decided to grill it and sprinkle with some lemon juice. Thank you!
