Roast Turkey

Roast Turkey

I don't have a ton of experience roasting turkey but this was easy and delicious! My husband is not a turkey fan and he could not get enough of this. For people concerned about the salt content in the brine, it really is necessary to ensure moist and flavorful breast meat. — hchavez 4/29/2014
Thai Grilled Pizza

Thai Grilled Pizza

My husband was amazed by the fantastic flavors in this recipe even though he typically despises the flavor of peanut butter. I will definitely be making this again as an easy 10 minute meal. We do not have a grill so I baked crust at 400 degrees for 4 minutes, removed from the oven, added my toppings and then broiled for 5 minutes. Nice crispy pizza. — tyson 3/19/2014

Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Syrup

Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Syrup

The poster did not joke about needing a large pan to cook this recipe as it triples in volume. This is a very delicious syrup in which the sweetness of the caramel flavor is perfectly balanced by the tang of the buttermilk. — sgrishka 8/7/2012

These are always a big hit at gatherings. Freezing the balls turns them a wonderful gooey consistency. Be careful how large you make them in order to limit the calories. — lisa222 7/11/2012
