I only had time to soak the brussel sprouts for 30 minutes and I rinsed once after soaking. I also added chopped garlic to the oil and seasoning. They were perfectly cooked. I did add a little finishing salt because they were a little bland. Next time I will make sure they soak for the full hour.

World's Best Macaroni and Cheese

World's Best Macaroni and Cheese

This was truly one of the best mac and cheese ever. I cut the receipe in half to make for my fiance and I last night and it worked out nicely. I would recommend using very little olive oil w/ the pasta because the cheese used is already a very oily cheese. Next time we're going to try it w/ gouda in place of the gruyere for a different taste. Happy cooking :0)
