Homemade Chicken StripsThis recipe is the best one for Chicken Strips I've ever found! They are crispy, tasty, and juicy! LOVE IT! I will always use this from now on.

Easy Cheese FocacciaThis was delicious and sooo easy. I smothered it with mozzarella and shredded Parmesan, and made a second one with green peppers, kalamata olives, turkey bacon and feta. My whole family is raving over it. I dimpled the dough with my fingertip along with piercing with a fork. This gave the nice pockets of olive oil all over. Yum!

Best Ever Blueberry Coffee CakeThis was absolutely delicious! Extremely moist and rich. I used brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping instead of just regular sugar, and it was perfect! Oh yeah, I added 1/2 tsp. orange extract and it added a nice touch to the flavor.

Creamy Chicken EnchiladasThis turned out great! All of my (6) kids loved it. I used homemade cream of chicken soup, but other than that, I stuck to the recipe. Thank you for a new family favorite!
