Bourbon ChickenMade this last night...SOOOO DELICIOUS! I marinated the chicken in bourbon and Sriracha for about 6 hours 1st. Next time I'll add a bit more cornstarch for a thicker sauce. Also I doubled the sauce and made steamed rice and stir fry veggies on the side. Ate it for lunch today too!
