Right now I'm an intern at a college in a city an hour away. I have a heck of a commute so I try to make my home relaxing. I am a vegetarian and am married to a dedicated carnivore.
My hobbies include reading, photography, collecting, cooking (obviously), gardening, learning, drinking tea, making little homemade whatevers, and remodeling my home. I also write whenever I can and have several penpals.
I do not use Facebook, but there are other ways to find me. I am on Twitter, Skype, Pinterest,Tumblr, Deviantart, Ello, and Wordpress. See? I'm all over the place!
I'm really not a very good cook, but if it can be put into an oven, I can make it. This is mostly because when I was younger my sister and I shared the kitchen. My mother worked two, sometimes three, jobs at a time, and we had to fend for ourselves pretty often. It was a very cramped space, so we broke up what part of the meal each of us created. She managed anything on a burner or that was served room temperature. I got everything else. Of course, when I do make food on top of the stove, I make Legendary Grilled Cheese and Oh My God Good Chicken. Past that, I stick to cereal.
Very flexible recipe. I used rosemary and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. I've also had this with some tomatoes, chives, and cilantro. Excellent. This is one of my new go-to recipes. Thank you so much for posting! — ellie36 9/9/2012
I added in some extra peppers as I like it hot and substituted Monterrey jack cheese for the cream cheese. Very tasty. — lizmari 1/24/2012
