Easy Monster CookiesForgot to add that these also make great bar cookies! We normally make them as round cookies but the last few times we decided to make them in a bar pan and loved them. No more waiting for the first batch to bake and cool...get its done in one go round!!

Easy Monster CookiesI've made these twice and it makes a lot of cookies!! We never have m&ms, so I add milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and a few semi-sweet in the mix. We love them!!

Applesauce Banana BreadMy kids and I (and my coworkers and neighbors!) love this! I use 4-5 bananas and add cinnamon and up to 2 tsp oil. I also use egg beaters or just egg whites. You can't tell it's "healthy" and whenever I make this, it's gone in no time flat!!
