What's for dinner?
I love to bake, but I don't do as well with cooking. I'm an avid reader, enjoy scrapbooking and making cards, am working on my teaching certificate, and love my two boys and husband.
Recipes I've Posted (all 3)
I don't eat meat, but I do cook it for my family. I like making meals where meat can be added, but isn't included throughout the dish. I can't have a lot of dairy and I don't like deep fat fried foods. In other words, I'm picky. I do like chocolate and veggies and fruit and all sorts of other things!
