Beef Stroganoff in Crock Pot
Mom, bellydancer, baxter, papermaker, and letterpress enthusiast. I'm aspiring to run a bed & breakfast someday that might include a dayspa, bakery, and chocolate shop. we'll see where i end up!
chile + chocolate, chocolate in any dark form, i make wolrd famous french toast, and pretty darned good chocolate chip cookies. cheesecake is my specialty. I also make a mean steak with gorgonzola mushroom cream sauce, pork chops that are to die for, and will give just about anything yummy a shot. More often than not I will consult the great Alton about method and knowhow. He's the reason i'm a foodie/geek/foodgeek. <3

Beef Stroganoff in Crock Potthis dish wasn't nearly as flavorful as I had hoped. that said, it was still pretty tasty. I think next time I'm going to use a bit of red wine to sub for the beef broth. and more garlic :)
