SpaetzleTried a new tactic and gadget. Shave the pieces with my new gadget into a bowl with cold water (splash of oil) then transfer into the boiling water., instead of shaving over the stove, where the dough starts to get sticky real fast. Seems to work pretty good! Made half the recipe, just need to start mixing without the water... tend to add half the amount of water without taking into account that a whole egg has more liquid than the 1/2 egg needed for half the recipe!

Easy Ham Broccoli BakeI have come to the conclusion that this dish is actually for dinner, lunch and yes, even for breakfast! In a hurry? Make this in advance, pop it in the fridge and in the oven when you are ready for some hot food... Great when you have guests and you don't want to be in the kitchen away from all the fun. Great for kids too!
